Describe the goal

No pattern fits every job. Here’s where we’d point you at something else — sometimes ours, sometimes not.
You already know exactly what you want
If the flow is two steps and the copy is in your head, blank is faster. AI drafting earns its keep on multi-step tours where structure is the hard part.
Precision anchor work
The AI cannot click around your app. Steps that hinge on picking exactly the right element in a crowded UI — hidden menus, repeated components — are quicker built by hand with the picker.
Compliance-sensitive copy
If legal has to sign off on every word (billing terms, privacy messaging), write the copy yourself and use the draft only for structure. Generated text is a starting point, never pre-approved language.
What do I get from a prompt — a finished guide?
A full draft flow: ordered steps with types (modal, tooltip, and so on), titles, body copy, and buttons. It lands in the editor as a normal draft for you to refine, re-anchor, and publish — nothing goes live on its own.
Does the AI see my product or user data?
It works from your prompt and produces flow content. It does not crawl your app, and drafting a guide never touches your end-user data. Anchoring steps to real elements stays a human job in the builder.
Is AI drafting available on every plan?
AI features are enabled when the workspace has AI configured. If you do not see "Generate with AI" in the wizard, it is off for your workspace — the template gallery and blank flows cover the same ground manually.
Can it translate my guides too?
Related but separate: the Localization settings include "Auto-translate missing", which fills untranslated languages across your guides when AI is enabled. The draft feature writes your original language; auto-translate handles the other 26.
